
The visionary behind Collective, Joe brings more than 15 years in founding, board and executive management experience to the Company. Prior to founding Collective, Joe served as CEO of Falk eSolution’s Falk North America. Previous to Falk he was the Executive Vice President at Eyeblaster™, responsible for global sales and marketing where he led the company in building its client base to include more than 400 agency and 500 publisher customers worldwide, ultimately securing its position as the number one rich media technology provider as reported by Nielsen NetRatings AdRelevance.
Earlier in his career Joe served as Senior Vice President, North American Sales Operations at 24/7 Real Media, for 24/7 Mail, 24/7 Network, and 24/7 Media Canada on multiple product lines including Online Media, Email, Promotions, Loyalty Programs, and Wireless Advertising. Joe was recognized by Business Insider on its 2011 Silicon Alley List of technology leaders, and is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® for the Metro NY award honoree. He is also on IAB's Board of Directors.

Jerome's 13 years of online advertising experience have made him a pre-eminent industry expert on audience development. Under his keen direction, Collective is able to deliver mass reach and relevancy for advertisers via audience targeting technology, including behavior and context segmentation.
As Vice President, Audience Development for Forbes.com, Jerome enhanced and developed numerous business relationships and increased audience reach.
Prior to that, he served at 24/7 Media as Vice President, Business Development - portfolio and network advertising sales, handling all functions related to online ad sales representation and publisher relations. Other sales and management posts include Vivendi/Universal - GetMusic.com, Reuters PLC and Dun and Bradstreet®, Inc.

Jed oversees US sales and account management for Collective’s brand-centric advertising products, driving the company’s efforts to connect brand advertisers with online consumers across all screens and spearhead the company’s efforts to encourage advertisers to harness the power of video and Collective’s full suite of digial media products. Prior to joining Collective, Savage was the CRO and co-founder of ScanScout, which was acquired by Tremor Media.
During his tenure at eBay as the Director of Business Development for the company’s Strategic Partnerships unit, Jed led the team responsible for creating programs that helped marketers to eBay's large and passionate user base. Before joining eBay, Jed built a world class sales and support team for Microsoft's MSN division as the General Manager of Sales, significantly increasing revenue. Savage has more than 20 years of experience in the digital media and video industries and a track record of managing and building high performing sales organizations.
A founding member Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) and former Board Member, Savage is recognized as one of Media Week Magazine's 50 People You Should Know in Digital Media.

Aman oversees Finance and Operations for Collective and has a comprehensive background in big data, analytics and technology platform solutions. Formerly with PayPal, where he managed the strategy, customer analytics, financial planning and analysis teams, Aman played a key role in the growth of the company’s revenue from $100 million to over $1.8 billion dollars. More recently, Verjee was the divisional CFO of eBay’s North American Marketplaces operation. The former CFO of Sonos, a consumer electronics company specializing in wireless home music systems, Aman has also held positions in fixed income securities trading and financial engineering at Lehman Brothers and was an associate at McKinsey & Co. Aman studied economics and public policy at Stanford University, and studied law and business at Harvard University, where he earned a J.D.

Lewis oversees all aspects of the AMP technology division, including sales, operations, client services and support. Before Collective, Lewis was the SVP, Networks and Exchanges for BrightRoll. Prior to that, Lewis served as head of distribution for NBC Universal’s digital video syndication business. Previously, Lewis played a key sales leadership role at LightningCast, a leading video ad platform and network, helping to prepare the company for acquisition by AOL. He began his career in ad serving at DoubleClick, elevating to lead sales and account management teams with phenomenal success selling Doubleclick for Publishers.

Jeremy leads Collective's technology development and the application of advanced analytics to optimization, research and audience products. Prior to joining Collective, Jeremy was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (E&Y). Stanley, whose background in financial services spans more than nine years, created and led a global analytics group at E&Y which was responsible for improving the company's market facing operations and services through the use of advanced analytics.

Lee is responsible for overseeing overall financial performance and strategic operations. Lee was previously at Media Contacts, the global interactive network of Havas Digital, the interactive division of Havas Media. His experience at Media Contacts included various corporate finance roles on the North American interactive business. Most recently, he was Media Contacts vice president, global controller where he was responsible for monthly financial reporting, planning and analysis of Media Contacts' Global Interactive business units in Europe, North & South America and Asia Pacific as well as its' Global Technology budget. Lee also held roles as a Senior Auditor at Berdon, LLP® and Controller of Titan Worldwide, a $500M privately held global out-door media business. Lee is a CPA and graduated with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's school of business.

Lauren brings 12 plus years of Human Resources and legal experience to Collective, where she is responsible for HR strategy, performance management, organizational design, M&A integration, payroll & benefits, recruiting and employee relations. Before joining Collective, Lauren's combination of a legal education and a boundless passion for HR helped her to quickly move up the ranks at The McGraw-Hill Companies, where she ultimately became a human resources generalist. Lauren later went on to find her niche in the digital space working in senior HR roles at DoubleClick and later Google where she supported over 500 engineers and product managers. The need to help develop her client population is incredibly important to Lauren and as a result she implemented both the SAGE (Supporting Advancement Growth & Education) Mentoring Program and DCLK’s own W.O.M.E.N’s (Women’s Organization for Mentoring, Education and Networking) initiative. Lauren received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra School of Law and graduated with honors from University at Albany.

Tony brings over 12 years of software development experience to Collective. Prior to Collective he was Engineering Manager at Google™ where he oversaw the development of Network Builder and the next generation Sales Manager tool. Prior to Google's acquisition of DoubleClick, Tony was Senior Director of Engineering where he was responsible for the development of DART Enterprise, DART for Advertisers and MediaVisor. He also brought innovations such as the Universal Order Exchange to DoubleClick's Buying/Selling platform.

Michelle brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in operations and financial planning. Prior to joining Collective, Michelle served as Corporate Director, Digital Business at Hachette Filipacchi Media where she managed key financial and strategic initiatives and served on the CEO’s Executive Innovation and Reinvention Steering Committee. Prior to this, she spent seven years at Cablevision, where she served as VP, Business Planning for the Digital Marketing and Commerce division. Before this, she held various leadership roles with companies such as Blue Cross BlueShield and NYLCare Health Systems. Michelle holds a bachelor degree in Economics from Rider University, an Executive MBA from Hofstra University and attended the CTAM Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Justin oversees network relations and strategic partnerships with data, display and video partners.
Justin brings more than a decade of experience in audience data and analytics. At the Nielsen Company, he was responsible for spearheading the effort to enter the $1.1 billion online ad targeting market, expanding their client base from five to 20 in one year, including portals, TV Networks and top 50 ad networks. Previously, he served as vice president of market development at The Pluck Corporation, a venture capital-backed startup specializing in social networking software and services for newspaper and magazine publishers. Prior to that, Mr. Evans served as vice president of corporate development for The Nielsen Company where he was responsible for strategic programs, including new product launches, reorganizations and major cost-cutting initiatives.
Mr. Evans graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia University and received his Master’s in Business Administration from New York University.
Michael Hyman is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of video ad platform Oggifinogi, which was acquired by Collective in 2011. Prior to working at Oggifinogi he held executive positions at Microsoft, Amazon.com, Borland, and Netegrity. Hyman is a graduate of Princeton University.

Eric Weinberg leads business development strategy as Collective’s SVP, Corporate Development. Eric’s experience includes a blend of business operations and corporate development, uniquely positioning him to assist with Collective’s M&A roadmap.
Before joining Collective, Eric oversaw Nielsen’s syndicated measurement services in the Music, Book, Home Entertainment and Video Game markets. Before being named President of Nielsen Entertainment, Eric directed Nielsen’s International Music businesses as well as their International Theatrical Box Office Tracking Services (Nielsen EDI) out of its London office. Prior to Nielsen, Eric was at Accenture Media, where he worked closely with a broad range of traditional and emerging media clients, both domestically and abroad. During this time Eric’s focus was focusing on corporate strategy, acquisitions and new product introductions. Eric holds an M.B.A in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and undergraduate degree in History from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
