Ad Operations Client Manager, Publisher Solutions (NY)

This is an opportunity for an ad operations associate to manage entire networks and ensure the growth of a nascent but rapidly expanding business line at Collective. The individual hired will be able to gather the overall management and planning skills usually reserved for senior management.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage configuration for DART for Publishers (DFP) networks for use by AMP clients
  • Act as ad serving customer support for AMP clients utilizing DFP
  • Troubleshoot all ad-serving and inventory delivery issues
  • Responsible for order entry, trafficking, and ad optimization within DFP on behalf of AMP clients
  • Ensure proper tagging and setup of all media types, including rich media and video
  • Oversee collection of data through placed pixels on third party sites

Requirements:

  • 2+ year of online trafficking experience. DoubleClick DFP system experience required
  • Understanding of the online media sales and operations processes from experience at an ad network or in a publisher traffic role
  • The successful candidate needs to be extremely detail orientated, have a strong quantitative background, and is very flexible in the ever-changing world of online ad campaign management
  • Ability to work well in a matrixed environment with relationships across many key partners within Collective Media and its clients
