Optimization Specialist, Ad Operations (NY, LA)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring delivery and optimizing campaigns using DoubleClick’s ad serving platform
  • Working with account management and sales teams in order to achieve smooth delivery of campaigns while performing and exceeding at their predetermined goals
  • Communicating with internal sales people as well as advertisers with suggestions to improve performance of campaigns
  • Monitoring and optimizing overall publisher roster in order to achieve optimal mix for performance, unique users and overall margin
  • Backing up the ad operations team on basic tasks

Requirements:

  • Very strong analytical skills, good problem solving skills. Enjoys working with numbers.
  • Understanding of the online media sales and operations processes
  • The successful candidate needs to be extremely detail orientated, have a strong quantitative background, and be very flexible in the ever-changing world of online ad campaign management.
  • Ability to work well in a matrixed environment with relationships across many key partners within Collective Media such as the Sales and Publisher teams
  • Knowledge of Double Click’s ad serving platform a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Math, Economics, Business, or a similar quantitative field
