Chris Putnam Hired as Chief Technology Officer
of Collective Media
 

NEW YORK, NY (February 1st, 2007) - Collective Media, a leading online advertising network, announced today that it has named Chris Putnam as Chief Technology Officer.  Mr. Putnam will report directly to Joe Apprendi, Chief Executive Officer of Collective Media.

”Chris will lead all product design and technology development initiatives for the organization,” says Joe Apprendi, Chief Executive Officer of Collective Media.  “Frequent and reliable updates to our audience targeting and reporting platform will be a major focus for Chris over the upcoming months.  We are very fortunate to be adding Chris’ expertise and professionalism to Collective.”

Mr. Putnam will also manage the Company’s strategic technology partnerships with DoubleClick, for ad serving and optimization, and Entrieva, for audience targeting.  Collective debuts its Online Reporting Dashboard for publishers and marketers February 5th, the first product release under Mr. Putnam’s leadership.

Prior to Collective Media, Mr. Putnam has held several senior development positions within the online technology and publishing arena, including Vice President of Engineering at Comet Systems (acquired by MIVA Media in February 2004).  In total, Mr. Putnam brings over 15 years of software engineering and management experience to Collective, which includes a decade of Internet application and infrastructure development for companies such as Bankers Trust, MCEnergy and Associated Press.
